Rubicon Models M10 / M36 Tank Destroyer
Let's start December right with a proper tank review. For this one, I unbox and build the M10 / M36 Tank Destroyer kit by Rubicon Models. It was released as part of the Q1/2016 novelties.
Rubicon Models M8 / M20 Scout Car
After the recent review of Warlord's M8 / M20, let us take a look on Rubicon Models take on the scout car.
Rubicon put both variants in a single kit as well, but that is nothing new from them, as most of their kits offer several variants and options to begin with.
Rubicon Models M8 Scott
Plastic is more and more present in wargaming, and with the popularity of the setting and scale, it is no wonder that companies like Rubicon keep releasing new kits. This time, i'll be covering the M8 Scott / M5A1.
Heer46 Panther F Schmalturm
As Heer46 announced, that they will expand their range from 15mm / 1:100 into the 28mm / 1:56 scale, i was really, really excited. After the SdKfz 247b, one of the latest novelties is the Panther F Schmalturm.
Bergepanzer and Sherman ARV
Model builders in 1:35 or other scales have a lot of options and conversion kits to chose from, something that is rather rare in 1:56 / 28mm. After looking for it for a while now, I found a few kits and sets at S&S model shop.
The kits work with plastic kits from Rubicon or Warlord Games, and I bought a few sets, among them an ARV set for a sherman and the Bergepanzer III set for a PzKpfw III.
KV2 finished, KV1 and Panther M10 in progress
The captured KV2 / PzKpfw 754(r) is finished. I did final touches on the armour, and finished the tracks. After painting the colours, drybrush and wash, i added homemade mud-paste and model gras.
Rubicon Models German Stowage Set
Part of the Q4 / 2015 releases was Rubicons first stowage set, for the Germans. It covers a lot of vehicle accessoires, drums, boxes and bits of the german army.
Rubicon PzKpfw III Ausf. J/M/N
Rubicon is a new manufacturer from Hong Kong with 1:56 scaleplastic kits. And that is reason enough for a small tank week, that will cover reviews of several tanks, beginning with the Panzerkampfwagen III Ausführung J / M / N.
The kit is delivered in a transparent bag, covers three sprues, an instruction and a decal sheet. It is the Panzer III, of which as a medium battle tank around 5.700 units were built between 1936 and 1943. The chassis was built until the end of the war, as a base for tanks like the StuG III, that was manufactured more than twice the amount than the Panzer itself.
Rubicon A15 Crusader
Part of the Third Quarter 2015 releases is the A15 Crusader, including 6 different variants from Mk I to MK III, as well as the AA and CS versions.
Rubicon Opel Blitz
Part of the latest Rubicon Models releases is the SdKfz 305 or Opel Blitz 3-ton 4x2 Cargo Truck.
